2. How does the purchase process look like?
- Find a product you're looking for; you can use a search engine on the top right corner, or use a menu at the top of the page (or a menu on the left on category and product subpages). You may also browse products by brands using the list of producers at the bottom.
- Add products to your basket after familiarising with the information regarding availability and shipment time.
- To complete the ordering process, go to your basket, select a form of delivery and payment, and click ORDER at the bottom right corner.
- You can buy a product without registration, but we recommend setting up an account in our store – you'll be able to track your orders and make changes.
- If you already are a registered user – log in, if not – register.
- While setting up an account – fill in all data and click SUMMARY.
- Proceed according to instructions – dependent on the payment channel you chose.
3. Can I return purchased goods?
Of course, we're committed to satisfy all our customers, thus we pay particular attention to each order.
If, for any reasons, you're not satisfied with received products, you can return them intact, according to the Consumer Protection Act.

4. Are purchases in the store safe?
Servers of our store are stable and safe.
All stages of your purchases are encrypted using GeoTrust QuickSSL Premium key (a padlock element which you may see on the left side of the address of our store) – GEOTRUST certificate.
With the certificate your data are entirely protected against takeover or theft, since before they are sent to the store they are encrypted using a 128 bit key (uncrackable).
External payments are handled by paypal.com.
5. Why should I buy from you?
A good question:-) We have at least several answers:

- Purchases in our store are completely safe.
- Every shipment is insured, so you don't have to worry that something will happen during transport.
6. Can I replace a discounted product with another which is not discounted?
Of course, however, you must pay an extra payment for product which is not discounted.
